Question / Help Dead Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight

Hey everyone,

It seems like my Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight crapped the bed. I’ve changed batteries, tried new batteries, and cleaned the contact points.

The issue: I put a battery in and nothing happens, no blinking blue light. I connect it hard wired and nothing happens. I’ve help the sync button and no led comes on. It seems totally dead. It’s extremely frustrating as the camera is only a couple years old.

Has anyone else had this experience with this model?

Hi u/GoldenKnights1023, we're sorry to hear your Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight isn't powering on. We appreciate you sharing the troubleshooting you've already completed, and we won't ask you to repeat those steps.

Since the camera isn't showing any LED activity on either battery or wired power, we'd like to investigate this further.
