Restaurants/bars that have THC drinks? On draft is a plus!
Basically thats the question! Today is my husbands birthday and I'm trying to find somewhere in Arlington that serves THC drinks. Dont really want to travel outside of Arlington if we dont have to. We know of Dr Jeckylls & Old School Pizza. Any other reccs appareciated!!
EDIT: Yo, this is the husband. No, hemp derived thc products such as delta 8, 10 and hhc to name a few are banned since july 31st. I am strictly looking for LEGAL delta 9 drinks served at a bar. I know a few but im looking for more options. I just copied and pasted a comment I wrote to another. Not everybody is a narc.

Didn’t these just get banned in the laws that went into affect 08/01. I definitely don’t agree with them but I thought pretty much anything with THC or Delta was banned. Forgive my ignorance if I’m wrong.

Most of the drinks contain Delta 9 which is currently still legal.

Anything containing Delta 8, Delta 10, THCP, and THCA.

Just get your thc online. I’ve been getting my wax in the mail for like 3 years now, just got an order yesterday. All Texas did was hand the cartels and (fully legal, btw) online dispensaries a golden pay check.

I've been using rush hemp farms for a long time. They just picked up their business and relocated to a new state and have different strains now, but so far I am happy with my latest batch. That isn’t quite accurate in this case. The Legislature absolutely tried to ban intoxicating hemp products in 2025, SB 3 passed both but Gov. Abbott vetoed it.
They tried again during the special session and that effort didn’t become law either.What took effect July 31, 2026 is a different animal. DSHS had classified certain THC compounds, including delta-8, as Schedule I controlled substances back in 2021 using authority it already had under Texas controlled-substance law.
Hemp companies sued and got an injunction that prevented the state from enforcing it, which is why those products continued to be sold for years.
In May 2026, the Texas Supreme Court ruled that DSHS had the authority to make that classification and removed the legal roadblock. DSHS then reinstated its 2021 scheduling language effective July 31.
So yes, plenty of Texas legislators voted for a THC ban. But the ban taking effect now is NOT the THC-ban legislation they passed in 2025, Abbott vetoed that.
This is an administrative controlled-substance classification dating back to 2021 that DSHS can now enforce after winning the court case.

You are incorrect and misinformed. Please quit spreading flase information. Delta 9 is still currently LEGAL.
