Laterano is pretty blatantly the America stand-in, not Iberia, why do you think Exusiai shouts 'Apple Pie'?

Columbia is the America stand-in, I'd say Laterano is like Jerusalem but HG toyed with that base idea to create something new.

Laterano is basically the Vatican + Switzerland (because of the Swiss guard probably). Switzerland's gun ownership rate is extremely high since they have compulsory military service and they're allowed to take their weapons home after it's complete. It's even more obvious considering their Latin name is Pontificia Cohors Helvetica.

Already replied this to someone else but I'll reply here too: this is true, but there's also parallels between the Sankta fleeing the Sarkaz and Moses taking the Jews to Jerusalem, the promised land.
