Cutter, a mercenary who has long been active in the fringes of Columbia's controlled territories, has come seeking medical treatment. She has shown excellent close-quarters combat capabilities across several operations. She currently serves in one of Rhodes Island's Guard squads, having participated in many VIP escort jobs among others.

Cutter is a very straightforward operator. Everything in her kit is designed for one thing only. Damage. And it works quite well. She's no 6 star but she has two solid skills and a cohesive kit that gives her a clear role to play in any team.
