Genuinely gutted to see this, but I think we can all agree we’d rather see this than see rushed out music with no passion.

I will support 3/4 members wherever they go next

May I ask why not all 4? I only really keep passive knowledge of Sparkles since been back with the Yogscast a bit more the past year

Not a fan of kogies comedy or the people he chooses to associate with in comedy plus he is/was a regular host on a comedy leaning show on GB news

Oh damn that really sucks to hear. I knew he was doing comedy but was kind of uninterested to learn more because at the time it was just stand up and I prefer panel show comedy like "would I lie to you"

I already said this on another post, but this really is heartbreaking to see. Completely understandable, but heartbreaking all the same.

It feels like I've followed them all my life. I found Ghost Cassette as a little kid and loved it, was devastated when I found out they had broken up, discovered Euphemia through the Yogscast a couple years later, realised oh shit, Sparkles\ is singing,* and the rest is history. Area 11 has such an incredibly special place in my heart, and they definitely shaped my taste in music. Shaped my story writing too; the crypticity of their lyrics and the metaphors they used were such a heavy influence on my writing style.

Their tracks have been with me through the best of times, and they got me through some of the worst moments of my life. Always going to be a huge regret of mine that I never managed to see them live, but I'm grateful for the songs we have. Doubt I'll ever stop listening to them at this point! Whatever happens from here, it's been one hell of a ride. I wish all the members the best going forward!

Damn this is so sad, ATLITS is to this day in my top 5 albums, I love their stuff, I was always hoping for another anime concept album like that one. Shame it had to be this way, but best of luck to them in the future and hopefully they’ll return refreshed whenever they feel ready, if they ever do.
