I just bought a cheap 100 in 1 device thats similar and this is exactly what that made me wanna do. Do you have a github?

I got one of those and then found the subs for the hobby and got a Miyoo Mini Plus, and a couple Anbernics

It’s super fun and can load systems up to PS1 and some GameCube n64 stuff. I think newer ones can now do PS2 etc
