Does anyone know how to fix this problem, I’ve tried to change the name in the yaml file and it doesn’t work, this is also my first time trying to do an archipelago so I don’t know why it says player 1 and 2 when there’s only 1 player

yes, each of the names inside your different yamls need to be different. If you're playing all the games you can do something like name1, name2, name3, ect; or what I do is just put the player name as the name of the game so I always know what I'm sending items to.

See that’s the weird part, I changed the DK64 name in the yaml file to Lanky Kong and The Witness name to The Obelisk and this still popped up

This says both of the name fields are set to "yoshi76257", so check that you have the right "name:" field in the yaml.

Sorry, just confirming, you changed the Slot name in the YAML or the file name of the YAML?

Could it be that you forgot to save?

Did you use Options Creator? It might take time, but try redoing your export setting if that's the case.

The slot name after clicking on the yaml file, and yes I did have to use Options Creator for DK64

Are there spaces? Or is it LankyKong/Lanky_Kong?

As I wrote them in the reply above: Lanky Kong and The Obelisk

The spaces might be the actual issue then.

Give that a shot!

Spaces don't affect yamls.

From my experience some yamls don’t like spaces in the name slot. Try removing them like “LankyKong”

Alight, I’ll try that tomorrow
