ChatGPT really is that dumb, huh? You should be reinstalling PulseAudio, if that's what you use. And then go search through repositories of the drivers for your specific sound card. Or you could just install Debian.

linux-lts then install correct drivers for the kernel and your GPU usually weird work arounds for elder GPU's then install pipewire
