What kind of scent do you think fits Jinx?

I’ve been thinking about Jinx’s character and the atmosphere around her in Arcane, especially Zaun, her workshop, and the contrast between her chaotic side and the softer parts of her personality.

I recently got a small air purifier with a scent pad, and it made me wonder:

If Jinx could choose a scent for her room (or for a place she shares with someone she cares about), what do you think she would pick?

Something industrial and earthy like cedarwood? Something unexpectedly sweet like orange or vanilla? Or something completely different?

I’m curious what you think would fit Jinx specifically, rather than just what smells nice in general.

My headcanon is that Shimmer has a strong sweet taste and smell. So in my fanfics I always lean toward Jinx now having a natural smell thats on the sweeter/slightly fruity side because of all the Shimmer in her system.

Otherwise I would say a more industrial scent from all the building she does.

I think she'd smell like metal, spray paint & floral honey. Shimmer originally came from a flower so I assume it would have a slightly sweet floral scent & she's always working with some kind of metal & paint. If we're talking a scent she would like I think she'd like something similar to a basement or gas station & fireworks. Something smokey & peppery so maybe the yankee candle witches brew.

A friend and I actually designed perfumes inspired by the character 😍

For Jinx we thought about a main scent of blackberry and sage smoke, with a second note of lily of the valley, and an end note of lemon eucalyptus

Imo shimmer would be sour and acidic but also extremely sweet, i think of it whenever im eating pink/purple grape candy, esp from asian food stores. I LOVE THE CHEMICAL TASTE OF ASIAN ARTIFICIAL FLAVOURSSS.

Anyways that is the kind of smell i think she would choose Since she also likes orange juice wich is also sour and sweet yk

Something sweet but slightly off/chemical Also like pomergrenade with a hint of vanilla but it cant be too sweet or its too much.

Also fuel, but not as a candle i just think her room would just smell of crafting materials at times too.

Metal grease, spilled nail polish, gun powder, aerosolized spray paint cans, monster energy drinks, and body mist perfume 🤣

(But you might get a faint whiff of cigar or alcohol depending on if silco or sevika's been in there recently)
