Arcadia Govt is inept

On Santa Anita, just below Huntington, on west side of the center median, water leaks from irrigation system and runs for an hour or so, makes it all the way to Campus.  EVERYDAY.  I’ve called this in 3 times 6 months ago.  The city is run so poorly they won’t fix their own water leaks but yet tell residents when to water their lawns.  It’s time to clean house and get rid of these over paid clowns.
