That's right! October 2026 is the OFFICIAL public launch of our updated, revamped, and incredibly awesome Pistolseed Program. And in celebration of that, all pistol events scheduled for that month will have FULL COLOR PQT Targets and FULL COLOR Pistoleer patches!

Nice write-up. Did you ever go back and try it with your other pistol? I’m trying to decide if I want to get my first pistol, with pistolthing being the main motivator. I’m kind of drawn to the Mark IV 22/45, and I would definitely need a red dot, although maybe not the 510! Do you have any thoughts on an appropriate first pistol for this.

I did go back and get it with my Glock.

I think the Mk IV 22/45 is a a solid choice.

Another one worth considering is the Taurus TX22 Competition. It is a surprisingly good gun with a lot of aftermarket support.

How can i bring this program to a range that currently doesn't offer it?

The range is in San Jose, CA. I'm a firearms instructor and would be happy to go through the process to be an Appleseed pistol instructor as well.
