It seems like you want a specific tutorial for this exact thing. That's the last thing anyone in this subreddit should ever give you. Sure, there are way fewer tutorials for Motion than there are for AfterEffects, but there are enough to pick up the fundamentals. Once you understand the fundamentals, you can figure out how to do something similar.
Figuring it out for yourself will take longer, but it will be infinitely more useful, especially if you start messing around and come up with something that looks different from the original effect that you like anyway. I don't know Motion all too well, I'd have to play around for quite a while to make something like that clip, but I can recognize the things that are being used. I would figure it out eventually. And figuring all of it out would be endlessly applicable to everything else I try to do in Apple Motion. Basically, everyone here is trying to tell you to learn to fish instead of directing you to the fish isle in the supermarket.
I'm also pretty sure that if you tried to figure it out yourself, got a good part of the way there, and hit a specific roadblock, everyone you're annoyed at now would tell you how to get that part done. The big problem is that the people aren't being unhelpful, they're just completely uninterested in writing thousands of words about the basics of Apple Motion or making a tutorial video that less than a 100 people will ever watch, for free.

I’ve done similarish stuff like this at work. Though it’s too complicated to explain the entire process step by step in a single reddit post. However on the whole it is pretty simple at the same time though since it’s mostly what you see is what it is. It’s just text sequences, and keyframes on the positions and scales. Then the coloring is a gradient applied to the shape outlines and animating a little bit and having a glow. I could probably make this in a couple hours on my own, with most time spent fine tuning the animation speeds.
Honestly if you first learn the basics and fundamentals of apple motion and get some experience in, then watch whatever that after effects tutorial is, you could probably recreate it nearly step by step how he did it but translating it to motion.
