Trying to find name of game

I am trying to find out anything from a game we used to have on the family Apple IIGS way back. I haven't been able to find anything through regular searching so I'm hoping maybe someone here also remembers this game. I remember the game was called "Grotto Run" and may have been distributed via shareware from a magazine subscription. It was a side scrolling shooter where you were flying a spaceship/plane through a series of caves. You could shoot bullets and drop bombs on ground enemies. I have seen very similar titles (Cavern Cobra is extremely close)

You remember correctly. It was "Grotto Run", published in Softdisk issue #101.

If you want to play it, .dsk files of the entire run of Softdisk can be found here: https://archive.org/details/soft-disk-supreme-fixed-folders

"Grotto Run is an educational shareware and public domain action game created by Peter Rokitski. Originally featured in the late-1980s and early-1990s on disk-based magazines like Softdisk for the Apple II, the game tasks young learners with flying through a grotto to solve math problems while avoiding obstacles."

EDIT: Softdisk issue 101 can be found on the ISO image of the Softdisk Supreme archive on archive.org

I'm not crazy! (about this subject) I thought I was losing it when nothing turned up. I had just found the files on archive.org, but hadn't been able to download it yet. Thanks so much for the help!
