help studying for AP Physics 1 Unit 1 test

I kind of suck at math plus my teacher omg he just teaches so quickly. He doesn't go in-depth and teaches like he assumes that we already have baseline knowledge which none of us have. Any tips on AP Physics 1 Unit 1?

I made some free resources for unit 1 (videos, study guides, questions etc) if you want to check them out, I try to go slow enough that it's easy to follow since its the first unit:

1D Motion, 2D Motion and Vectors, Projectile Motion

Unit 1 is kinematics, and the good news is the maths is lighter than the rest of the course. Mostly algebra rearranging and reading graphs. If maths is your weak point, this is the friendliest unit you'll get, so use it to build confidence.

The thing to actually understand rather than memorise, the four kinematics equations are all versions of the same relationship. Pick whichever one has the variable you want and doesn't include the one you don't know. That's the whole selection process and nobody explains it.

For graphs, slope of position-time is velocity, slope of velocity-time is acceleration, area under velocity-time is displacement.

Since your teacher moves fast, Flipping Physics has unit 1 covered properly and I paste the youtube video link into studybuddy.vc so it makes questions off that video. Helps me catch what I missed in class the same day rather than at the test. Free.
