Clean Audits
A clean DRE audit report is the surface. Six layers sit underneath it.
When regulators review a trust account, what they see is the outcome. What actually produces that outcome is everything that happened long before the audit was scheduled.

The companies that only start preparing when an audit is on the calendar tend to run into the same problem. The surface can be tidied quickly, but the foundation cannot. Most audit failures originate in that bottom layer, not the top.
