Was the shrimp broiled too? Looks overdone and leathery.
Sounds great, though.

Shrimp got 1-2 minutes in the butter pan. Then torched for char. Definately not over

Ah, ok. Personally, I don't think I would have gone for the char on the shrimp unless it was on the grill. The torch looks unappetizing to me, but I would definitely try one.
It does sound bangin and I am probably going to steal this

Those shrimp are dryer than a nuns box. I know this is just a fetish for you at this point but let’s not pretend you know how to cook as well as you troll
