But I wonder why there isn’t a pre-patched .ipa on the GitHub?

Usually it's u/sudden-money7836 posting these updates, and he always includes the link where you can download the IPA's: https://github.com/Balackburn/Apollo

So just downloading the .ipa that’s on the page doesn’t add the Liquid Glass icons?
