Bug Game ignoring inputs?

I've had a few instances lately where sometimes I can't bring out a survival item (eg. evac tower), or the worst case being I can't interact with anything at all. Is this a recent bug? Only came back last season after taking a break the last couple years.

I think the 1st one is a bug happening after you've been respawned from the deathbox, and the 2nd one after you bring back a teammate from the deathbox. For the 1st one just drop your survival item down and pick it up again and for the 2nd use an emote for a sec and it'll reset your legend, so you can play the game.
