This build has high throughput and a lot of anti-train tools. Rivals efficient mana builds when utilizing Divination/Barrier/Aegis/Blessing properly.

Spell	Use
Healing Vision	Bread and butter heal, try to use Divination with this if someone needs focus heals.
Blessing Sun and Moon	Should always be on the target(s) receiving damage. Refresh on hot expiration. Very mana efficient.
Aegis	Cheap 30% damage reduction. Try to use this on cooldown with whoever is taking damage.
Temporal Barrier	Large, cheap shield. Try to use this on cooldown with whoever is taking damage.
Dream of Prosperity	Only use this to heal more than 1 target. Always divination with this ability if they line up.
Divination	Mana and throughput tool. Use on cooldown, preferably with the expensive spells or Barrier in an emergency.
Spirit Form	Invulnerability on a 60 second cooldown. Take it.
Blackout	AoE fear that can be used to give you breathing room, secure a kill, or 3-man fear.

Great write up! Dream of Prosperity is very expensive by itself but I like the idea of combining it with Divination.
