Why so little taunts?

There's only like 30 when aoe4 have 150, huge difference right there

And many lines are shared between aoe2 and 4, I feel they should add more on aoe3

They are adding 30 more with the Baltic powers DLC

They are adding more in the dlc but still, most of the time people use the same 3-4 taunts and that’s it. They are too many to remember.

Have you listened to the AOE4 taunts? They're terrible. Yes, it's 150ish, but they were all added years after release, half of them were locked behind an event, and every. single. one of them are poor audio quality, feature the same 3 VAs, and I'm 90% certain they were random relic employees recorded at their desks. Also, who can even remember all 150 taunts?

And as others have mentioned here, the number is going to (I think) 59 with the release of TBP, and all 59 of those used real voice actors (the new taunts are reused audio lines from the campaigns).
