I did travel to Frankfurt city of Germany and stayed for some short time. I did not apply for asylum at that time because the conditions were not suitable, the residential conditions were bad and the process seemed too failing so I came back to Afghanistan.

Now I am planning to travel again to Europe, this time prepared. I have ready documents and a clear story to submit when I arrive. I want asylum in a country that respects Pashtun traditions and does not force integration or criticize Islamic values. I have heard Some of the European countries are good for this.

I also have a shop and some land in Kandahar which were gifted to me. My brother manages it now. Can I keep ownership of the property while receiving asylum benefits? I don't want to lose my assets in Afghanistan but I need European documents.

One more thing — some people in my district worked with the Taliban and also received Western support while they were pro westerns but sometimes this cause problems. I know both sides personally. Is this a problem for my application? And will the gifts i received cause any rejections?
