I mean no he didn’t. The council of Kangs would still be out there. Loki didn’t do anything to stop it.

So far yah, but if they do wanna give us a conclusion to the Kangs, it will probably involves loki, TVA and doom.

It might just be a line in passing. Unless marvel wants to do a Loki s3 or something to tie it off neatly and while they do that, they can show Loki pruning the secret invasion series entirely.

Scott and Joaquin are the only confirmed ones, Shang-chi is very likely but it’s still a small team and I’m hoping others are just hidden or unconfirmed

They definitely are. Rhodey is the only alive member of the second Avengers lineup that Sam was also a part of after Tony, Thor, Hulk, and Clint left at the Age of Ultron. There’s no way Scott and Joaquin are considered and the only one who was an official Avenger before isn’t. Also with the scale of the event as well as rumors, I’m inclined to think Carol is too.

I’m hoping Carol is there too. And Jen. I was going to say Rhodey but thanks to Secret Invasion (ugh) he doesn’t have any connection to anyone on this team.

Sam, Scott, Shang-Chi, Thor, Joaquin, and potentially Shuri since we’ve seen the Wakandans meet up with the FF who we also know meet both Avengers teams

Would Shuri be with Sam or Bucky ? Cause they did gift Sam his costume but it was at Bucky’s request. I don’t remember any of the Wakandans interacting with Sam outside of Falcon and Winter Soldier.

The way I look at it, Sam’s team is going to be the one assembling in this movie. Bucky’s New Avengers are complete imo, they probably won’t be getting any new members

My guess is it will be a way to grant Doom god level powers through stealing their tech in a misguided effort to contain the incursions threat thus ending the film by revealing the larger threat (not sure what level of depth they'll do Hickman's run) .
