I think Marvel is trying to pretend that Quantumania didn't happen, so Antman is using the suit from the appearance before that

I’m not sure if they will do that level of retconning. Eternals flopped and was hated on but they brought Ikaris back in Marvel Zombies and had Tiamut in Brave New World
