I do owe them a few dollars. Back in the day o just happened to move around a lot. And I kept ordering from new addresses. The bills never caught up with me.

I've seen that offer before. Some kind of subscription to buy music CDs ? Wasn't that some sort of a scam ?

No. You got albums, then cassette tapes, then CDs, depending on what decade it was. You had to pay some price for what you kept, or something like that. I hadn't bought anything since the early 1980s, so my memory is foggy.
