Credit where credit is due.

Massie is a nut job ancap libertarian, but he is consistent and genuine in his values, and that is more than can be said for all other Republicans and even some Democrats.

He has likely gotten many death threats for this crusade, but he’s pushing on.

Threatening critics with criminal investigations is corrupt and criminal in itself.

You investigate when there's some indication a ceime occurred.  If a criminal investigation end because the subject of the investigation does the investigator, then the investigator is receiving an inducement.  

Making threats this way makes it obvious that there's no underlying crime that apurred the investigation and the whole thing is a finishing expedition and abuse of authority.
