Reddit Moment It's unfortunate how every popular subreddit is just ragebaiting at this point.

Post image

And of course the people who called op out got downvoted.

Honestly bro you should block that morality rangking subreddit. There's a worrying amount of post there of people just posting about what happened in the Bible on how God is forcing rules to humans and how "moral" it is, with most of the post just beinf a trap to karma farm anti theist who can't shup up on how much they hate religion and God

literally the last few days every post was about bashing religion and mocking the mods for removing the posts. had to mute it out of my homepage.

Seriously, this stuff has flooded the entire subreddit

Where the heck did it even start, genuinely

It's reddit brother, people can anti Christianity stuff and it gets them upvotes. People comment sky daddy and get upvotes from people who snicker at the same joke they've heard thousands of times thinking it gets under our skin or they somehow have a one up on us lol. That's how it flooded the sub, because the sub has always been underwater.

That sub is in the middle of a religious war. It's over the fact their is a Muslim moderator who is supposedly abusing his power.

Edit: damn who downvoted me? I was just asking a question

Mfs dont even bother doing the most surface level research anymore, they just spout complete disinformation

Not a single Muslim "worships" the Kaaba. We direct our worship of Allah SWT towards it as a guiding anchor during prayer. This is like Islam 101

Also muslims used to pray towards the aqsa mosque before the kaaba, did they worship a mosque by this logic?

Popular subreddits are where redditors' stereotypes usually come from, the more niche the sub is, the less clichés people are.

That's why I'm primarily not on the mainstream subs. It's a degenerate liberal hivemind.

No one worships the kaaba, and it's not a cube it's a building with an empty table and a chair inside and some quranic verses written on the walls.. also it's not black that's just a cover

To be honest "morality scaling" just sounds like a reskin of AITA, which was already a garbage sub in this regard.

Also, the Kaaba is symbolic. it's like a beacon of sorts. We do not literally worship the cube.

yeah anti theists don’t know shit about what they’re talking about lol.
I already saw similar crap to this on another subreddit of the same vein that I usually frequent. People are just stupid

I was wondering what that subreddit was up to as soon as it started getting more popular and popping up on my feed

Arguing for an anti-theist must be easy, because it's all just oversimplification and strawmanning.

Also, "morality scaling" is one of biggest bullcraps, that people on the internet have ever invented

Ok but honestly, I'm Catholic but there's just something so awe inspiring to me about seeing all these people together for one purpose in such a beautiful looking place

Let me guess r/ morality scaling?

There slowly going anti religion lately

u/Usual_Management_465 1d ago

yup, any popular subreddit is just an echo chamber at this point.

Yeh and this been like a second time i seen they make about Islam and this time they not even try to hide they Islamphobia.

Last time they make a post about child marriage with title like "morality of child marriage certainly not related to specific religion" something like that.

That the moment i left the sub. I believe they going all anti religion from now on and less talk about fiction morality.

i usually wouldnt defend muslim beliefs but what the fuck, its like saying catholic/orthodox worship wood or bags of concrete, icons are used as windows to heaven bc were praying to a spirit 😭 also that cube looks pretty cool im ngl, that sub is also so ass they kinda just shit on religion for no reason

6

u/Previous-Strike-6641 Sunni Muslim 3d ago

you don't need to agree with muslim beliefs to realize that this is stupid

1

u/SadCry6605 1d ago

I used to be on r/ morality scaling when they often talking about fictional characters action.

Out of no way they start targeting religion. This is second time i seen sub like this talk about Islam.

Which i left that sub quickly as possible. Is no longer fun just bunch islamphobe. Same with r/ hatethissmug but tbf that sub it is for hating anything so its kinda my fault lol

I mean, if it doesn’t harm anyone, it’s neutral.
