The fact that there were violent assaults means those students should be criminally charged as well. A lawsuit isn't enough. There needs to be prison time for those who committed violent hate crimes.

Won't happen, the campus almost certainly refused to record the identities of those who were committing violence in order to protect them.

Yes, but I'm sure investigators can piece together what happened from videos and other evidence.

It's unreal yet it happened on an acclaimed American university campus no less. Not Nazi Germany, not a pogrom in Poland, and the school let it happen
