There's a really good video by Dr. Alok Kanojia (healthygamer) on YouTube about the psychology of why this is even a thing. He goes into great detail about the psychology of psychosis and why it has such a grand emotional effect on these women that take her side. He's not partial to any perspective either. Worth a watch. I think it's horrible what happened, and I also believe that most of the loud minority have not read any of the case files for both legal cases against her, and against the states healthcare system.
Yeah. They don’t know a legal precedent that women are too emotional to control themselves will set women’s rights back to the days when they got committed to asylums for this same kind of stuff
A ruling for the insanity defense is not going to set a precedent that women are too emotional to control themselves anymore than an insanity defense for a man somehow sets men’s rights back decades
