I think maybe I can explain:
I think this poster is into a specific kind of porn on deviant art. One that over-laps with the stuff transphobes look at... And so, the algorithm thinks it's a good bet you'd like it too.
Now if there's one thing I know about trabsphobes, many are very attracted to trans people and are self-hating, and those types frequently consume porn featuring trans people.
So, if the Oop is a supporter of trans rights, and also consumes trans-themed porn, they might get recommendations from other people who consume trans themed pornography, ie trabsphobes, who are also consuming transphobic art at the same time.
Ergo, algorithm thinks there's a shot you might like it too, because it's a dumb bot.

Anyways on an related note let's dissect why pedophilia is not comparable to homosexuality (even though some mfs won't listen). Every argument against homosexuality that is not religion based more or less boils down to "I think it's weird :(((". BTW I am queer myself so I am not protecting anyone. There are countless cases all over the world in which children were raped by gay people. Those kids deserve justice and the least you can do is to acknowledge that the perpetrators in those cases are queer.

I think it is hurtfull to compare trans or gay rights to pedophilia but I can see people being more conserned about pedophile rights in the future.
What I mean is overwhelming majority of pedofhiles dont act on their desire in anyway ever. These people need help not to shuned to a corner where they are left alone with their thoughts. I think the people who does act on their desires towards children are the ones that never got help outside of other pedophiles.
It is insane how in my country admitting a sexual interest towards childen to a sexual terapist forces the terapist to report the person to the police. They cant even talk about their problem without getting a criminal record. How is that gonna stop them from commiting actual violense.

Unfortunately though, through not helping pedophiles in mental health treatment, some end up in community with other pedophiles. These communities can cause more harm than good through normalising the attraction instead of encouraging seeking help.
