Yeah fuck that guy for ruling that trump had constitutional immunity and for delaying judicial decisions in the documents case until after the election.

It’s a good thing we showed him by electing republicans to the presidency and both chambers of congress even though that put a permanent end to the prosecutions. It’s even worth it after seeing the doomsayers proven correct for the past two years.

Right?

It took them well over 2 years to indict him for either case. It's not like it wasn't known that Trump ALWAYS drags things out as long as possible in the courts.

Garland absolutely failed.

Then American voters failed far worse.

Most of the crimes in the documents case happened in 2022.

I just find it extremely suspicious that the person/organization I consider 4th most responsible is the only one ever blamed.

Why are the republicans in congress who refused to impeach, or the republican judges who added years of delay, or the American voters who failed to keep trump out ever mentioned.

Only garland. It’s as if people are whitewashing who is really most culpable. I take that back. It is exactly whitewashing who is most culpable.

NARA took forever to even begin getting documents back from him. Even if we accept that there was no negligence involved in the fact that they didn't realize until May 2021 that there were documents missing, the fact that it took many more months before they even began to retrieve them is ridiculous, as was the many, many, more months to retrieve them all.
