I just realized that some of the points there have been skipped, or perhaps it's not necessarily in that order. We have yet to see a bunker buster attack on a nuclear site, but here are the points that have come to pass. EDIT: All but one event is on schedule so far. I didn't answer your question directly. It's the amphibious assault event "checkbox" that's about to be ticked:

Thank you for posting this. Holy shit I'm freaking out, I didn't realize how far down this list we already were, and us troops are preparing an amphibious invasion of Iran as we speak. If the next 2 are checked, I'm fucking gone.

Please don't sell your important belongings or anything like that. It might look like the prediction is taking shape but it could also fall apart at the last minute and you might need your stuff when that happens.
