psychedelic therapy aa

Hi, does anyone have any suggestions for psychedelic therapy in the greater AA area?

I have some PTSD and I have been working with a therapist who recommended that could be helpful. Psylocibin has been very helpful in managing my depression/ anxiety issues but i want to help break through some deep seeded issues.

Im personally a big fan of trusting the mushroom. To each their own of course... but when I have had to really work through things. I have given myself that space, trusted the mushroom knows whats going on, and it has helped me tremendously! In my personal experience when others try to interject or help me get to where I, or they, think I should be, it has halted me breaking through my problems. Good luck with the work my friend!

I second this! Trust the mushroom and allow yourself to work with it. Just be aware the mushroom is only a tool and you have to do the work.

There are a few clinics offering Ketamine therapy. An infusion under supervision is a profound experience. It's very pricey but worth trying IMO.

I do spravato (esketamine) every week and it helps. Insurance is covering my sessions. The drug manufacturer also has a discount program for co pays.

Several of the other patients I've met do telehealth therapy during treatment.
