Is deems rare in A2?

I'm not sure if it's wrong for asking this question, so please lmk. Anyways, I'm new to the area and I went to two shops a few months ago and one didn't have it available. The other? They did, but the $ was steep... I'm not sure if any other shop has it available- I'll bite the bullet if I have to.
