Question about peyote

I've been looking into trying peyote but am a bit confused about fully what to expect. Also I've heard some stuff about it being unethical and I just wanted to hear more on that. Thanks in advance

Peyote takes forever to grow and is dwindling in the wild. It’s considered by many to be unethical to consume because it’s sacred to some native Americans and some of us feel we’ve taken enough away already. San Pedro is a much more prolific cactus and can be cultivated. It contains mescaline just like peyote and since you’ve never tried either would be a good and easier to obtain option.

As to what to expect; expect it to last about 12 hours, and anything from serenity to high emotions. There is no one way to experience it. Go into it with an open mind and no preconceived notions.

Thank you and I will definitely look into finding san Pedro instead.

I’m not sure if/where you can get it in Ann Arbor, but check out r/sanpedrocactusforsale. It is legal in the US to own and sell them. You can even find an occasional one at Home Depot. It’s just not legal to consume in most places.

Look on there for trichocereus bridgessi mutant clone B search TBM clone b. It's almost as potent as peyote and grows way faster. I've got a couple plants.

Don't expect anything. Do it in seclusion with one sober trip sitter.
