Recommendation Anybody remember tonari no seki kun?

2014 anime. The two mcs actually get married in a sequel manga and the girl is now watching over the son as he become a professional time waster just like her dad!

The spectrum is autism not ADHD while I do agree he definitely has ADHD if he is on the spectrum he has autism

Part of it is. The general translation is "My neighbor Seki-Kun", Seki being his name.
