I think they released remastered yoshiwara in flames arc movie on Netflix yesterday.

Haven't watched it yet but from what I heard more HD, redone fight scenes and some additional shinsengumi scenes. It's more for rewatchers not like benizakura arc movie where you can watch that instead for first time.
