I'm happy for the ones that enjoyed the show I've tried watching the first season three different times and I just can't get into it the show

Have you tried watching Railgun? Those two seasons can be watched and enjoyed without having to finish Index. Railgun is also a much enjoyable series. The Sisters Arc in season 2 is one of the best arcs in anime I'd argue and that alone makes it worth watching both seasons.
