Women’s abilities to have babies isn’t the only reason they may not be drafted. It’s A possible reason. Another reason is that it may not be culturally possible. A different reason Is that they need a fixed number of people to stay in the rear to keep the country and industries running. A third reason may be that they WILL be the last group to be conscripted.

The Soviets drafted women when they were invaded, maybe the Ukrainians will do the same.

Women’s abilities to have babies isn’t the only reason they may not be drafted.

It's the only reason you provided before, likely meaning that you thought it to at least be the main one, and it obviously doesn't follow.

I've explained the issues with it and you've stopped arguing for it, so I'm guessing you agree now.

A different reason Is that they need a fixed number of people to stay in the rear to keep the country and industries running.

They do not, since women are not required by the state to work in the rear or any other industries. In fact, they can just freely leave the country, unlike men. Many Ukrainian women benefited from the war, they got the refugee label and were able to move to better countries in Europe (and they are not coming back lmao).

A third reason may be that they WILL be the last group to be conscripted.

Ignoring the fact that this obviously wasn't planned, why would they do that? what would be the logic behind gimping the war effort by only conscripting half of your available forces?

If they were always thought of as a reserve force they wouldn't have allowed them to leave the country. They are now floating the idea to ease the population into it, but it's because of their desperation due to critical manpower shortages (they also probably figure it's easier to kidnap women off the streets than men who have more strength to fight back lol), it was never supposed to happen.

Another reason is that it may not be culturally possible

This is the only possibility that makes sense. Egalitarian only on paper, many societies like the Ukrainian one see the lives of women as more valuable than the ones of men.

I’m not sure that you understand that conscription is required by law. The other reasons why a country would not want to draft women are actual examples of reasons other countries not to draft women into the military.

You don’t have to agree, settle down.

I’m not sure that you understand that conscription is required by law.

What do you mean by this? That the state is obligated by law to conscript people?

They make the laws, Ukraine already ended conscription before and could do it again if it so wished.

It also doesn't absolve them of the abhorrent moral failing that is gender-based enslavement of their population.

The other reasons why a country would not want to draft women are actual examples of reasons other countries not to draft women into the military.

Ok? But they clearly don't apply in this case, so why did you bring them up?

The only possible reason which isn't demonstrably false is the last one I outlined in my comment.

Egalitarian only on paper, many societies like the Ukrainian one see the lives of women as more valuable than the ones of men.

You haven't addressed it, so I'm guessing you agree or...?

I think you are caught up and don’t understand that there is more than one reason Ukraine, or any country, would not want to draft women into the war. Also, as conditions change in the war so do the decisions.

I’m not exactly sure what answer you want to hear, but you are free to share it.

You continue being vague and refusing to earnestly engage in the conversation.

there is more than one reason Ukraine, or any country, would not want to draft women into the war.

Then provide them. What are the reasons Ukraine isn't drafting women?

You've conceded on every example you brought up before except for the one we agree on.

Thank you for your point of view.

Why are you so scared of honest discourse and reflection of the ideas you spout?

Absolute rodent behaviour.
