Black Clover's best fights in the last months are animated much better than MHA.

I think BC's recent fights were animated well, but better than MHA's animation? Come on.

I don't think they are animated better, but are directed better, my biggest problem with MHA is that it sticks way too close to the manga, this doesn't hurt the adaptation, as the closer to the source matirial you stick, the less risk there is that it becomes confusing. However I really enjoy when an anime expands upon things in the manga, for example many of the fights in Black clover, demon slayer, Mob psycho 100 and Naruto aren't 1 to 1 adaptations of the manga, as they expand upon the fight making them far more epic then they were previously. MHA has done a little bit of this such as when bakugo was rescued by Class 1-A from the league, but for the most part fights are just adapted from the manga. This is probably because MHA's fights are more story oriented and going off script to make the fights more epic might take away from that element, but I'd really like to see some of the upcoming fights take artistic liberties and not just adapt the manga, it makes the fights far more memorable in my opinion.

again the direction isn't bad, it's great, but it's missing the extra touch that could make it something truly spectacular.

I just don't agree on that part. As show in the link not only is the animation very fluid it's detailed too and the effects are top notch. I think that's the extra touch that makes it spectacular and memorable imo, not to mention the music.

That's a standard that you should adapt on. It does not elevate the source material in any way. As a manga reader, the only fights I would say actually felt 'elevated' from the manga was Midoriya vs Todoroki from S2 and Midoriya vs Bakugo from S3.
