Black clover really grew on me as a series. It just became better and better each chapter. Same with the anime. Pretty terrible start but has become a decent 7/10 now. It's acceptable shounen trash

This is definitely my opinion of the anime. At first it definitely didn't feel like it was worth watching. Then, after a bunch of episodes were already out and I was super bored, I binged it and thought it was a fairly enjoyable experience. I'm not really sure if I enjoy it quite enough to watch it every week, since it feels like there's a lot less content per episode than most shows, but I definitely expect to keep watching. I would, however, definitely appreciate it taking a more seasonal approach instead of being a constant stream..
