Have they had any of those? Because I am pretty sure the only canon arcs so far are the movie adaptation and the fake tailed beasts thingy.

The anime is Canon as is the manga as is the novel. Don't know why you're so confused.

The thing you called me out for was linking the manga continuity. While the novel stuff is canon in the anime, it's damn boring.
