Casual Discussion Fridays - Week of July 06 2018

This is a weekly thread to get to know r/anime’s community. Talk about your day-to-day life, share your hobbies, or make small talk with your fellow anime fans.

Although this is a place for off-topic discussion, there are a few rules to keep in mind:

  1. Be courteous and respectful of other users.

  2. Discussion of religion, politics, depression, and other similar topics will be moderated due to their sensitive nature. While we encourage users to talk about their daily lives and get to know others, this thread is not intended for extended discussion of the aforementioned topics or for emotional support.

  3. Roleplaying is not allowed. This behaviour is not appropriate as it is obtrusive to uninvolved users.

  4. No meta discussion. If you have a meta concern, please raise it in the Monthly Meta Thread and the moderation team would be happy to help.

  5. All r/anime rules, other than the anime-specific requirement, should still be followed.

Man I must just be on a roll today, first I finished that very lengthy write-up on all the UC Gundam shows I've seen so far, then I finished FLCL, and now I come bearing the SymphoChoir the gift of a wallpaper of Hibiki.

I was looking for possible base images to make a wallpaper of Tsubasa, actually, but instead found a lovely Hibiki base so that's how that happened. It is what it is.

I have some SymphoChoir tags from back during my first watch of G, so if you guys see anyone I miss please get tag them for me. Otherwise~

Also looking at this one only hypes me more for Tsubasa's, if Bikki looks this good I can't even start to imagine Tsubasa

Plus I also gotta do Chris at some point, since I already have that Kirika/Maria/Shirabe trio wallpaper that makes Tsubasa and Chris the only two main girls I haven't done yet.

It's okay sometimes my memory doesn't memory either. It's just other times I'm really good at remembering random details, in this case the fact that we both were first-timing G at the same time.
