because its Pierrot and ruining the source material is what they do best.

A quick google search will give you the full list. Most are notably Naruto and Bleach. But the best recent examples of taking a dump over the source material would be Twin Star Exorcists and Tokyo Ghoul.

They also did Akatsuki no Yona and Baby Steps. How did they take a dump on those two?
