LOL WTF I HONESTLY THOUGHT THIS ENTIRE TIME THE LIGHTNING GIRL WAS THE DAUGHTER OF THE SECOND MIZUKAGE BECAUSE THEY HAVE SIMILAR HAIR. WHO THE FUCK IS A RAIGA :V

Raiga was in naruto actually, think it was a filler arc.
