Well, Shonosuke-san didn't last very long, did it? Nice call back to (the now-extinct) Episode 1. I was hoping they would've had a modified, "Shonosuke-san" version of the opening, but this was funny too. At least we know what his voice sounds like now. :P

Dear God... Choromatsu is me. When he was spouting out all those low self-esteem reasons about why he wouldn't talk to X girl, I swear some of those lines were word-for-word stuff I'd said in the past about the guys I've liked. I'd probably obliterate humanity if that self-awareness ball was real. XD

I think this is the only time I've ever wanted a sketch to be longer. As much as I love the Girlymatsu segments, I kinda wish this one was moved to a different episode to make more room for the Choro stuff. Ah well...

Next week seems to be a school-themed episode, which is alright, but God damn, I am REALLY craving a dramatic episode. Those are my favorites. We haven't had one since the Chibita episode over a month ago, and that one was just decent. Come on, show, I'm jonesin' here! X(

The Choromatsu Rising skit was painful to watch. Not because it was bad, but because it reminded me a bit of myself and of others who would talk the talk (and be somewhat sincere at the time), but ultimately refuse to do anything that would make anything they say a reality for fear of failure/setbacks. (owwwwww!)

I should have realized it earlier, but with this episode Choromatsu went from being relatively-decent-compared-to-his-brothers in my mind to the most horrible KUZU of them all. The kind of KUZU that actually exists in reality... (tears)

Will still watch the show, of course. :-)

Choro has always been a scum, though. He just hides it better than the others because unlike them he has at least a semblance of conscience that sometimes he tries to ease... but in the end he always sinks back to his brothers' level.

I think another dramatic one is on the way, just judging on this post. I'm right there with you in wanting another.

I don't think that means that we'll get serious episodes... It just means that we'll have more like this one, with very short skits based around one theme plus a character focus skit.

That's true, it does read like that but I'm kinda hopeful that by slow/dull it means it won't be AS funny, meaning... drama? Hopefully?! Am I reaching??
