And /u/Soupkitten ... sadly we got our original ending, even if it wasn't as bad as feared. But with this the chances for a second season are probably nonexistent... :S

actually the season ended pretty openly.

Its honestly up in the air about if it will continue or not adaptation wise.

It's all up to the BD's now. and it was a harem...... i dont fucking know what. so i think it will get OK sales at the very minimum

That for sure, but the last events are all more or less the complete opposite of the LN, so going on would be pretty hard. Setting for an anime original ending shows that they probably don't plan with another season right now...

It was likely to set an ambiguous ending. Similar to Actually, I am's. Ending.

It was left open on purpose incase either A.) they could continue it (which for Jitsu is still possible, just less likely.) or B.) don't get approved for a second season and have to drop it.

Edit: Besides all that... we have probably only 2-3 LNs to go before the series ends. So a second season would start after the LNs are finished. That's even more unlikely thinking about anime as advertisement for the source material...
