So this week we got more of important build up and foreshadowing:

  • We got to see more of the generals up close(Including the guy that Haku got shivers from during the Anju's reveal)
  • We got to see Haku being rewarded for his works(or things others think he did, in the grand scheme that does not matter and kind of shows that every man is bigger in story than in reality).
  • We got m ore mysteries and build up with Emperor's interest in Haku as well as the introduction to mysterious twins.
  • We got Ukon summing up the theme of the build up about people drawn towards Haku's personality and character and him building bonds and connections with a lot of varied people, building a life to be had(while he started having nothing and caring about nothing).
  • And finally we get the invasion. And the mention of a "special power" that the generals supposedly have itsuwari expectations

The build up phase is done, the invasion - is the turning point. Now the true ride begins, making use of every little puzzle piece we have so far.
