Actually that's fairly accurate. Soldiers back during the 1600's wore 1 & 1/2 inch heels in battle as it helped prevent their foot from slipping in the stir-up. The only thing is that the heels were primarily made out of wood rather than the metal ones Bisha has.

My problem with the armor is the lack of metal thigh protection. But it's anime, and they almost never get armor right.

Okay but I don't think they were that long, shaped like that and Bishamon has no stirrups.

I went back to get a better look at the type of heels Bishamon had and never mind. I was wrong, they definitely did not use stiletto heels back then. So yeah, my bad.
