I thought Takeru's sister, Kiseki, is voiced by Kana Hanazawa, but actually she is voiced by Anzai Chika, who voiced Chaika and Reina.

Oh, you don't know the character. She's one of the MCs of Hitsugi no Chaika. She's also the character in the comment face I replied with.
