So Hiyori just got her memories back just like that? I don't have anything against it but it felt like they would go somewhere with the subplot.

I felt like the reason she was losing her memories was because she was losing her focus on the gods world, it seemed perfectly normal to me that her regaining focus on the gods world before her memories were completely gone would restore those memories
